L R. Patil Construction

L R. Patil Construction is based out of Plot Number 62 in 3G Park. We’re very close to the Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple, which is a good thing because everyone knows where that is. Our office is more like a working site shed sometimes. There are maps on the walls and boots by the door. We do construction work, mostly around this area. We started this because we liked building things from the ground up. It’s not a glamorous job. You spend a lot of time dealing with cement, steel, and rain delays. My crew and I have been working together for years. We don't have a slick website or a receptionist to greet you. If you come by, you'll probably find us looking at site plans or talking on the phone with suppliers. The temple nearby brings a lot of people to the area, so it stays lively. Sometimes we have to park the trucks a bit further away when it's a festival day. We’ve handled various small and medium projects. Nothing too crazy, just solid building work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build walls and put up roofs. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with tea stains on the tables and stacks of invoices everywhere. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us by name. It’s a decent place to work from. We are usually here till late evening most days of the week.
