Dr. R. G Tilekar, Dhule Road, Nandurbar

Dr. R. G Tilekar’s place is out on Dhule Road in Nandurbar. Specifically, we are in Manik Nagar. It’s a well-known spot in this part of town. People usually just say they’re going down Dhule Road to see the doctor and everyone knows where they mean. It’s a local practice, nothing too formal or stiff. We’ve got a lot of space out here compared to the crowded city clinics. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time, though we do get a rush of people in the mornings and on market days. It’s a practical medical office. We see a lot of folks from the surrounding villages and the local neighborhood in Nandurbar. The building is straightforward, and we don't have any of those big neon signs out front. People just know where we are. Dealing with the dust from the road is a daily chore for the staff, but we keep the inside tidy. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and talk to the people at the desk. We don't have a lot of layers of management. It’s just the doctor and the people who help him run the daily appointments. We have been serving the Manik Nagar area for a long time. It’s a quiet life, mostly, just helping the neighbors with their health. If you are coming from the main part of town, it’s a straight shot down Dhule Road and you’ll see us there.
