Anandvarsha Urban Nidhi Limited

Our office for Anandvarsha Urban Nidhi Limited is out in Ranzani, in the Taltaloda area of Nandurbar district. We are actually located at the property of Shri Manga Martand Marathe. It’s a quiet spot compared to the bigger cities, which is something we actually like about working here in the 425413 area. There’s a lot of open space around and the air feels a bit different than in the middle of a crowded city. The office itself is pretty basic, just a room with some chairs and the computer equipment we need to do our work. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy out front. Most of the people who come to see us are neighbors or people from the surrounding farms who have known the Marathe family for years. It feels more like a community space than a strict business office sometimes. We spend a lot of our day just checking through documents and making sure everything is in order. Sometimes we have to wait a while for the internet to work properly because we are a bit far out, but we use that time to catch up on paperwork or chat about local news. It’s a slow and steady kind of life here in Ranzani. We keep things simple and don’t worry about looking like a big fancy company. It’s just us doing our part in this corner of Nandurbar, making sure the daily work gets finished.
