We are based at 35/A Mira Ayurvedic Hospital in Lokmitra Nagar. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. Working with herbals means our day-to-day is filled with the various scents of dried plants and different powders. We’ve been operating out of this space near the hospital for a good bit of time. The building is straightforward and functional. Most of our day is spent handling orders, checking the stock, and making sure everything is stored properly. Herbals need to be kept away from too much moisture, so we are always keeping an eye on the rooms during the monsoon season. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist; it’s mostly just us in the back doing the actual work. Lokmitra Nagar is a decent area to work in, and being so close to Mira Ayurvedic Hospital makes sense for what we do. People sometimes stop by asking questions about what we have on the shelves. We try to keep things organized, but when a big shipment comes in, the place gets a bit cluttered with boxes and bags. It’s a practical operation. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decor. The focus is always on the herbs and getting them where they need to go. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from the early morning until the sun goes down.
