Bank Colony in the Deep Nagar area, right on Purna Road. Nanded is a place where everyone seems to know everyone else. Our office is part of the house, so it feels very personal. The colony is quiet, with a lot of trees around, which makes it a nice place to work compared to the noisy city center. We see the same neighbors every day. Sometimes they stop by for a chat. The Purna Road can get busy with trucks and buses, but once you turn into Deep Nagar, it calms down. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s a family-oriented setup where we take our time with things. There’s no rush to look like a big firm. We just do our engineering and architecture work from this corner of Nanded. The house has been the base for a long time. We have shelves full of old reference books and rolls of blueprints that have gathered some dust. It’s a very straightforward way of working, without any of the modern office fluff. We just focus on the drawings and the math.
