You can find us on the ground floor of Ayan Tower, Shop No. 07, right near Degloor Naka in Nanded. It’s a busy spot with lots of people passing by. We have elevator parts and tools scattered around the shop. It’s a bit greasy at times because of the cables and motors we work on. When someone’s lift breaks down, they’re usually in a hurry, so we spend a lot of time rushing out with our toolkits. We aren't a big showroom. Most of the space is taken up by heavy metal components and control boards. The floor is concrete and has some scuff marks from moving the heavy stuff around. We have a small desk near the front where we take calls and write down addresses. It gets loud with the traffic from Degloor Naka coming right inside. We’ve been fixing and installing lifts for a while now, and we know which buildings have the old systems that need extra care. It’s hard work, and your clothes usually end up stained by the end of the day. We don't wear suits; we wear work clothes that can take a beating. We just focus on making sure the doors open and the cars move safely between floors. If you need a part, we probably have it buried under a pile of gear somewhere in the back.
