Sujan Agro Hitec (Opc) Private Limited is located over at Pandurang Nagorao’s plot, which is number 76 in Majre Sangvi. This is in the Malakoli unit area of Loha, Nanded. It is a bit of a distance from the main city, but that is where the land is. We call it Hitec because we are trying to use some newer ways of farming, but at the end of the day, it is still about dirt and water. Being an OPC means it is a smaller setup, mostly run by one person with some help from the family and local workers. We spend most of our time out in the fields or at the unit in Malakoli making sure the crops are growing right. Nanded has some tough soil sometimes, but we make it work with what we have. People around here know the plot well. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just write down our plans on old notebooks and try to follow them. Sometimes we get things wrong, like planting a bit too late or missing a pest problem, but we learn and move on to the next season. It is a quiet life out here in Majre Sangvi, and we like it that way. We focus on our little piece of land and try to make it produce as much as it can without overcomplicating things or pretending to be something we are not.
