If you head out to Osmannagar Road, you will find us at Sohan House. Our land covers Survey Numbers 44 and 45 in Gundegaon. It is a bit of a trek to get out here, but it gives us the space we need for the copper work. Sohan Coppertech Pvt. Ltd. is a serious operation, but we keep things simple on the ground. The building is large and mostly open. This helps us move materials around without hitting things. When the machines are running, it gets quite loud. We don't do much talking during those hours. Gundegaon is still developing, so there is a lot of open land around us. It can get pretty dusty when the wind picks up across the fields. We have a small kitchen area where we eat our lunch together. It is not a fancy corporate canteen, just a table and a stove. Most of us live not too far away, so we know the local roads well. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy reports. We just focus on the technical side of things and making sure the copper is handled correctly. The office at the front of Sohan House is mostly for keeping the logs and the shipping papers. It is a hardworking environment where we value getting the job done over looking polished. We have been out here for a while and we like the space we have.
