Our spot is in the Rathod Building, which is over in the Old Mondha area of Nanded. It’s a busy part of the city, especially around Kaleji Tekdi. If you’re trying to find us, the pin code is 431601. We’ve been operating Sobha Developers Pvt Ltd from this location for some time now. The building has a bit of age to it, and we are up on one of the floors where you can hear all the street noise from below. It’s never really quiet here, which I guess is just part of being in Nanded. We have a few desks set up and some old cupboards for all the records. During the summer months, it gets quite hot, so we usually have the windows open to catch any breeze, even if it brings in some dust. We aren't big on fancy decorations or anything like that. There are just a few chairs for visitors and a calendar on the wall to keep track of the date. Usually, we are busy looking over site plans or writing out reports. The stairs in the building are a bit steep, so we get our exercise for the day just by coming into work. Most of the people in the other offices are friendly, and we often say hello in the hallway. It’s just a normal place where we come to do our jobs every day. We don't make a big fuss about things, we just keep the work moving along steadily until it’s time to go home.
