Sms Tours is right in the middle of the New Mondha Town Market in Nanded. Our shop is directly opposite the MSEB building, so it’s hard to miss if you are in the area. We’ve been here for a long time, watching the market change around us. It’s a noisy, busy place with people always moving, which is exactly how we like it. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly related to travel and getting people where they need to go. It’s not a shiny travel agency like you see in the malls. We have a few desks, some maps on the wall, and a lot of registers. People stop by to ask questions or just to see what the rates are for certain trips. We don’t have any polished scripts to read from. We just tell people the truth about the buses or the routes. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout a little, but that is just part of being in New Mondha. We know the 431601 area like the back of our hands. Most of our regulars are local families who have been coming to us for years. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to keep the doors open and help people out. It’s a simple business run by simple people who know Nanded well.
