Shriniwasa Builders

We are based out of Mudkhed, which is in the Nanded district. Our office is in Deshmukh Wada, a place that feels a lot more local and grounded than the big city offices. Shriniwasa Builders has been working in this area for some time, helping people with their construction needs. The town of Mudkhed is small, so everyone tends to know everyone else’s business, which keeps us on our toes and honest. We don’t have a flashy office with glass walls or modern art. It’s a traditional kind of space where we sit and talk about building plans over tea. Most of our day is spent visiting sites or talking to local suppliers for sand and bricks. The work is steady, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest builder in India, just a reliable one for the folks around here. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get work done, especially during the heavy rains, but we just wait it out and start again when the sun comes back. The office has a few old wooden desks and some maps of the local plots pinned to the walls. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don’t use a lot of complicated words or big promises that we can't keep. We just tell people what can be done and then we go out and do it. It’s been our way for years and we don’t see any reason to change it now. We just do our bit for the community.
