Satyam Sales Service

You can find our shop in Shivaji Nagar at the Narayan Complex. We’ve been operating out of this small spot for a good while now. We do sales and service, which basically means we sell various items and then try our best to fix them when they break down later on. It is a mix of different products depending on what the season is and what people in the area are looking for at the time. The complex itself is quite old and houses a lot of other small businesses just like ours. We have a simple counter at the front and then a very cluttered area in the back where the actual servicing and repairs happen. There are usually boxes of spare parts and half-finished jobs sitting on the shelves. We aren't the most organized people you'll meet, but we know exactly where every tool is kept. Shivaji Nagar is a very busy area so there is always a lot of foot traffic passing by our door. We get a lot of people walking in just to ask for random parts or some advice on how to fix things themselves at home. We don't have a big corporate team behind us. It is just a couple of us handling the phone calls and the repairs. Sometimes we are so busy that we forget to eat lunch until very late. It is just a simple, local business.
