Our office is located in Nalanda Nagar, Sangvi Bk, which is part of the Nanded district. We actually operate out of Ramdas Pundlikrao Shere’s place. It gives the whole thing a very personal, neighborhood feel. We aren't some distant company with a headquarters in a skyscraper. We are right here in the colony. As a Nidhi company, we are all about our members. We help people save their money in a safe way and offer small loans when someone in the community needs a bit of a hand. It’s a very informal atmosphere. People often stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question while they’re out running errands. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to keep the records straight. Nanded is a place where people value honesty and straightforwardness, so that’s how we try to act. We don't use any of that polished marketing talk. We just tell you what the interest rates are and how the savings plan works. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or the heat, but that’s just part of living and working here. We like the fact that we know the people we are helping. It makes the work feel more meaningful when you see your members doing well. It’s just a simple, local business trying to be useful to the people around us without making things complicated.
