Our office is located at 8-1-233, right near the Mandhai Masjid on Chowpla Road. This is a very lively part of Nanded, and there is always something happening outside the door. Being near the mosque and the main road means we hear the sounds of the market and the calls to prayer throughout the day. We are Sanman Buildcon Pvt.Ltd, and we’ve been operating from this Chowpla Road spot for quite a while. The building isn't brand new, but it’s solid and gives us the space we need to manage our construction business. It gets quite crowded on the streets outside, especially during the festivals or market days. Inside, the office is a bit of a mix of old furniture and stacks of paper. We aren't very concerned with how it looks to outsiders; we just care that the work gets finished. We have people coming in all day to discuss building plans or talk about labor. It’s a busy environment. The heat in this part of India is no joke, so the office can get pretty warm in the afternoons. We usually have the door open to catch whatever breeze we can get. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes the traffic makes deliveries slow, but we just deal with it. It’s just how we run things here.
