We are based in Sanket Nagar, specifically in the Nilgiri Housing Society in Nanded. It’s in the Taroda area, which is a bit away from the main city noise. Our office for Sanman Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is more of a quiet spot. It’s a residential area, so it feels very peaceful compared to some other parts of Maharashtra. We have a decent setup here with enough room for our small team to sit and work through the project details. The walls are mostly covered with maps and schedules. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with polished floors or fancy lights. It’s a practical space where we can focus. Usually, the morning starts with a quick check of the emails and then we get into the heavy lifting of managing our construction sites. The weather in Nanded can get incredibly hot, so we rely on the fans quite a bit during the summer months. People in the society know us, and it’s a friendly place to be. We handle various building projects, and having the office here makes sense for us. It’s simple, honest work. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure the supplies are arriving on time. It’s a steady pace of life here in Taroda, and we like the balance of being in a housing society while running the business. We just try to do right by the people we work for.
