S. L. P. URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

Our office is right in the middle of the Market Yard in Naigaon. If you know the Nanded area, you know how busy it gets. We are at property number 639. There is a lot of noise outside with trucks and people trading all day, but that is just how the market is. S. L. P. Urban Nidhi Limited is what is on the paperwork. We started this because we saw how much activity there was in Naigaon and thought we should have a base right where the action happens. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We spend most of our time talking to people who come in from the surrounding villages. Sometimes the chairs are all full and people have to stand around for a bit while we finish up. We don't mind. It is good to see familiar faces every day. My desk is near the window, so I see everything going on in the yard. It is a practical setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. As long as the ledgers are right and the door stays open, we are happy. The heat in Nanded can be tough in the summer months, but we have a fan that does its job most of the time. Working in a market yard means you hear everything, from the prices of crops to the local gossip. We stay focused on our work here at number 639.
