Our facility is located on Plot E-3 in the MIDC Industrial Area of Krushnur, which is part of the Naigaon tehsil. Being in an industrial zone like this means we are surrounded by other plants and warehouses, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the air. We deal with chemicals, so we have to be pretty careful with how everything is stored and handled on the floor. It’s a practical workspace, mostly concrete and steel, designed to get the job done. The weather out in Krushnur can get pretty hot, and the industrial sheds trap the heat, so we make sure the ventilation is always going. We don't have a corporate office in some fancy skyscraper. Everything happens right here on the plot. We spend a lot of our time checking the drums, labeling things, and making sure the loading dock is clear for the next pickup. The staff here are mostly local people from the Naigaon area. We have a small cabin for the paperwork, but most of the action is out in the main area. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t go in for big marketing speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the batches we are running and making sure the deliveries are on time. It’s a tough environment sometimes, but it’s where we feel at home and get our best work done.
