Our shop is number 46 on the Main Road in Shivaji Nagar. If you know Nanded, we’re in the Ali Bhai Tower, right across from Centre Point. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of shops and people moving around all day. We work as associates here, handling various professional tasks and paperwork for folks in the area. The office is small but it serves our needs. We have a few desks and a lot of files piled up. Most of our day is spent talking to people who walk in with questions or need help with their documents. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re in a skyscraper. It’s just a local office on the main road. The traffic outside can be quite loud, especially in the afternoons when the market is full. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the other shopkeepers around Shivaji Nagar. We keep regular hours, though sometimes we stay late if there’s a lot of work to catch up on. It’s a steady kind of life. We don’t have a marketing team; people usually find us by seeing the sign or hearing from a neighbor. We just try to do the job right so people come back when they need us again. It’s about being reliable and being here when we say we will be. We like the routine and the familiar faces that come by.
