I run my business from the Danshita Building, specifically in the B C Quarters area of Saneh Nager in Nanded. My name is Kiran Prakash Holkunde and I’m the one you’ll talk to if you need anything. It’s just a small office space I have, but it’s plenty for what I do. I’ve lived in Nanded for my whole life, so I have a pretty good handle on the different neighborhoods and the people who live there. My day is usually spent between my desk and my scooter, as I’m often out looking at different properties or meeting with owners. I don't have a big team of employees or a secretary to answer my calls. When the phone rings, it’s me who picks it up. I help people buy or sell small houses and plots of land around this part of Nanded. It can be a lot of work trying to get everyone to agree on the terms of a sale, so I spend a lot of time just talking and listening to both sides. I keep all my records in a simple way and don't bother with anything too fancy. The area here is mostly residential, so it’s a nice and quiet place to work from. I just try to be honest with everyone about what a property is really worth. It’s a steady way to make a living and I plan to keep at it for a long time.
