Pradnyasagar Agro Ventures Privatelimited

Being based out of Siddarth Nagar in Degloor has its own set of challenges and rewards. We are located in the Nanded district, which is where most of our work happens every day. Pradnyasagar Agro Ventures Privatelimited is really just a group of us who wanted to do more with the local agriculture scene. My neighbor and I started talking about this a couple of years back and it eventually turned into this private limited setup. We deal with a lot of different seeds and equipment that farmers around Degloor need for their fields. Sometimes the supplies arrive late and we have to scramble to get things sorted for the guys waiting out there. It is not always smooth sailing, and the office gets pretty dusty during the dry months. We spend a lot of time driving around to different plots to check on how the crops are coming along. Everyone knows everyone else in this part of Nanded, so news travels fast. If a particular crop is failing or doing well, we usually hear about it before lunch. We don't have some big marketing team telling us what to say to people. We just talk to folks like we always have. The focus is mainly on making sure the supplies are where they need to be when the planting season starts. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but it feels right to be doing this.
