Pournima Pulses

We are over here at Navamondha, right across from the APMC Market Samiti Yard in Kandhar. Most days start pretty early because that’s when the market gets moving and everyone is looking for good quality pulses. It’s a busy spot to be in, and we’ve been around this area for a while now. We deal with different types of dal and grains that come through the yard. People know where to find us since we are right on the main road there. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the trucks and tractors coming in and out of the market, but that is just how things go around here. We spend a lot of our time checking the stock and making sure everything is handled right before it goes out to the shops or homes. There isn't much fancy about what we do. We just focus on getting the work done and keeping the supply moving. Our office isn't anything special, just a practical space where we manage the orders and talk to the farmers and buyers who stop by. It’s noisy and dusty sometimes because of the location, but it’s a good place to work if you like being where the action is. We’ve seen the market change over the years, yet the core of the business stays the same. Just everyday people working with food supplies that everyone needs.
