At NANDIGRAM URBAN NIDHI LIMITED, we are located in Shri Ram Nager in Nanded. It’s a busy little area, and our office sits right in the middle of it. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks, going through various folders and updating the entries for the day. Nanded is a place with a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of the current daily life here. People come in from all over the neighborhood. Some are in a hurry, while others like to sit and talk for a bit while we process their stuff. We don’t use any complicated jargon when we talk to people; we just explain things as they are. The office has a few ceiling fans that buzz all day, and there’s always the sound of traffic from the main road nearby. We keep the place tidy, but it definitely looks like a working office with stacks of papers and pens everywhere. It’s just a group of us working together to keep the records straight. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. Shri Ram Nager is a good community to be in, and we’ve gotten to know the rhythms of the street quite well over the time we’ve been here.
