Our office is located at Sundersingh Harisingh Bhisen’s premises in the New Monda area of Nanded. It’s right there at 1-9-203-1, which is a busy part of town especially when the market is in full swing. We focus on helping women in the area manage their money. A lot of our members are small traders or homemakers who want to keep a little something aside. We aren't a big, cold bank. When people come in, we talk about more than just numbers. We talk about their kids and what’s happening in the neighborhood. We handle small savings and lend a bit when someone wants to start a small business from home. It’s all about mutual help. The paperwork can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we stay on top of it. We don't have fancy uniforms or corporate training. We just learned how to do this by doing it every day. The New Monda area can be dusty and loud, but our office is a place where women can feel comfortable talking about their finances. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to stay. It’s just about providing a simple service for the ladies here in Nanded so they can have a bit of independence and security for their families.
