Manikgarh Cement

Our office in Nagpur is over at Laxmi Vihar, right on Wardha Road. It’s a busy street, which is good for us. We handle things for Manikgarh Cement from this branch. It’s not the factory itself, obviously, just an office where we manage the local sales and distribution. The room is number 26. We’ve got a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of order forms. Nagpur gets incredibly hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the air cooler is working. People come in to ask about prices or delivery schedules. We don't have a big marketing team here; it’s just us answering the phone and writing things down. Wardha Road is always loud with traffic, so we’ve gotten used to the noise. We aren't some fancy corporate setup with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we can talk to customers and get the cement to where it needs to go. We’ve been in Laxmi Vihar for a while, and the neighbors know us. Sometimes we run out of tea and have to send someone down to the stall on the corner. That’s just a normal day for us. We try to be helpful when people walk in, but we don’t go for the hard sell. We’re just here to do our jobs and keep the supply moving. It gets a bit hectic when the trucks are late, but we manage somehow.
