MAGNUM DOORS AND WINDOWS LLP

Magnum Doors and Windows is located right at Chatrapti Chowk in Waman Nagar. If you know Nanded, you probably know where that is. We have our space on Survey No. 216/217. We spend our days measuring frames and cutting glass or wood for doors and windows. It’s a noisy shop because of the saws and drills, but we’re used to it. People from around the neighborhood come in when they’re building a new house or if a window got broken. We try to keep a decent stock of materials, but sometimes we have to wait for a delivery to come in from the bigger cities. It’s a family-style environment here. We have a couple of guys who are really good with their hands and can fit a frame into almost any opening, even if the walls aren't perfectly straight. We don’t have a fancy website or a glossy catalog. We usually just show people what we’ve built in the past or point to the samples we have leaning against the wall. Nanded is a growing place, so there’s always someone needing a new front door. We just try to make things that last and don’t rattle when the wind blows. It’s steady work and we like being part of the local community here in Waman Nagar. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure the houses around here have good doors and windows to keep the weather out.
