Magic Shelters, Pune.

Even though our name says Pune, you can find us at Sonvane Nivas in Sanmitra Colony. We are located on Regional Workshop Road in Nanded. It’s a bit of a mix having the Pune name but being based in Nanded, but that’s how we operate. We work on housing and shelters. It’s about giving people a place to stay. Magic Shelters is a small group. We aren't doing massive skyscrapers; we are doing local projects that people can actually live in. The office in Sanmitra Colony is pretty quiet most of the time. We spend more time out at the sites than sitting behind desks. Nanded is a good place to be. We know the area well. We talk to the people who are going to live in these houses. It’s a very hands-on job. We have to deal with the heat and the dust just like everyone else. Sometimes the supplies are late, and we have to wait around, but we get the job done eventually. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures. People usually find out about us through word of mouth in the neighborhood. We are just trying to build decent places for people to call home. It’s practical work. We don't make it sound more complicated than it is. We find land, we get the materials, and we build. That’s the whole story for us here in Nanded. It is what we know.
