Lunakd Realty is based in Nanded, Maharashtra. You can find us at Flat No.7 in the MSRTC Staff Colony. It’s a quiet spot, which is nice for a real estate business. We’ve been here in India for a while, working out of this colony. We don't have a big showroom or a flashy storefront with lights. It’s just a simple flat where we handle our paperwork and meet with people who are looking for property. Real estate can be a lot of work, but we like helping people figure out their options. We don't use all those complicated sales pitches you hear from big city firms. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Nanded is our home, and we know the area pretty well. Sometimes we are out visiting sites and sometimes we are just sitting here at the desk going over maps and documents. It’s a bit of an imperfect setup, but it’s real. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just try to be useful to the people who walk through our door. The MSRTC Staff Colony is a familiar landmark for most locals, so we aren't hard to find. We just take things as they come and try to give honest advice about the local market. It’s a small operation, but we put in the time to make sure things are handled correctly without making a huge fuss about the whole process.
