We are based right by the Hingoli Gate in Nanded. The Railway Hospital is just nearby, so that’s usually how people find us if they’re new to the area. It’s a noisy part of town with the trains and all the traffic, but we like being in the middle of it. Our office is small and simple. We’ve got a couple of chairs if you need to wait, but most people are in and out pretty fast. We handle mostly car and bus trips for folks heading out of the city. We don't have a polished corporate look. There are old schedules taped to the walls and sometimes the tea cups pile up on the desk. It’s a real business run by real people. We know the routes around here like the back of our hands. Traffic can be a nightmare sometimes, especially during the festivals, but we’ve learned how to manage. I spend a lot of time on my mobile talking to drivers and making sure everyone is where they need to be. We don't make big promises. If a bus is delayed, we tell you. Being straightforward is the only way we know how to work. It’s a lot of long days and late nights, but that’s the travel business for you. We just want to keep the vehicles on the road and help people get to where they’re going without a fuss.
