Being part of the Municipal Complex means we are right in the middle of the local activity, which helps because people don't have to go far to find us. Kadrekar Hospital has been a fixture here for a bit. The building is standard for this area—practical and built to last. Inside, it’s mostly about the patients and making sure everyone gets seen. We don't have fancy lobbies or marble floors, just clean rooms and the tools we need to do the job. The staff here mostly grew up in or around Maharashtra, so we know the local families pretty well. It’s common to see someone you know in the hallway. We deal with the usual hospital routines, from early morning check-ups to late-night emergencies. Sometimes the waiting area gets crowded, especially on market days when more people come into Degloor from the surrounding villages. We just take it one person at a time.
