Our little office is number 45 on the second floor of Sanman Prestige. We are located right on Railway Station Road, so it is very easy to find if you are coming into Nanded by train. The Zilla Parishad is just next door, which means there are always a lot of people moving around this area for government work or various errands. It can get quite noisy outside with the rickshaws and the people heading to the station, but it is a good spot for a business. We have a few computers and some stacks of files that never seem to get smaller. Most days are spent answering calls and trying to match people with the right jobs. The office is not very big, and the lighting could be a bit brighter, but it serves our purpose. We have a small bench for people to sit on while they wait to speak with us. The building itself is older, and sometimes the hallway gets a bit dusty, but we try to keep our space clean. It is a straightforward environment without any fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We like being close to the station because it makes it simple for folks from out of town to reach us. Dealing with job seekers is a full-time task, and we just handle things as they come, one person at a time, until the day is over and we lock up the door to go home.
