We are Jiyan Facility Management Services Private Limited and we are based at Anmol 10 in Sanket Nagar, which is over in the Taroda area near Bhawsar Chowk on Malegaon Road in Nanded. It is a local spot and most people around here know the landmarks. We run a facility management service as a private limited company. It is mostly about looking after properties and making sure the day-to-day operations of a building go smoothly. That includes everything from security and cleaning to fixing things when they break. Our office is a simple setup because we spend most of our time out at the locations we manage. We are not big on corporate talk or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure the buildings are kept in decent shape. It can be a lot of coordination, making sure the right people are at the right place at the right time. Sometimes things do not go perfectly, like a repair taking longer than we thought, but we always try to be upfront about it. We have been working in Nanded for a bit now and we know the challenges of maintaining properties in this climate. It is practical, everyday work that requires a lot of patience. We just keep doing what we do, one building at a time, without making a big production out of it. It is hard work but we are used to it.
