Jivika Foundation

Jivika Foundation is located way out in Nanded City, which is a huge township on the edge of Pune. We are in the Sargam building, specifically in Flat F3103. Being in Nanded City feels like being in a different world compared to the main city traffic. It’s much more organized and quiet here. Our office is way up on the 31st floor, so the view of the surrounding hills and the river is actually quite nice, especially when it rains. The space is basically a residential flat that we’ve converted into our working area. It’s got a kitchen, a couple of rooms for files, and a main area where we sit. It’s a long commute for some of us, but the peaceful environment makes up for it. We don't have any fancy signage or corporate branding inside. It’s just a place where a few of us gather to get the work done. The township has everything, so we don't have to go far for lunch or supplies. Sometimes the wind whistles through the balcony doors because we are so high up. It’s a very calm place to work. We mostly handle our coordination and planning from here. There is no formal dress code or strict rules, we just focus on finishing our tasks for the day. It feels more like a community hub than a standard office. We’ve been here since the building was relatively new.
