Jaybharat Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Rathod Building over in Tilak Nagar, right on the Anand Nagar Road. If you know the area, you know it’s a mix of homes and small businesses. Our office is on one of the middle floors. It’s a typical office space with some cabinets, a few computers, and a lot of chairs. We spend most of our time dealing with administrative stuff and managing our projects. The building itself is a bit older, so the stairs are a bit steep. We have a small balcony where we go to get some air, though it mostly just looks out over the traffic on Anand Nagar Road. It gets quite noisy during the rush hour. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small crew of people who have worked together for a long time. Our desks are usually a mess of sticky notes and pens. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular kettle and some instant coffee powder. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all just sit around talking until it comes back. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do get our work done eventually. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to say hello or ask for directions. It’s a good spot for us, even if it’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors coming in for meetings.
