Our place is at House Number 104 in Dhangarwadi, Nanded. It is a residential kind of area, so it feels very much like being part of the neighborhood. We are not in a big commercial plaza. We just work out of this house. It makes the atmosphere a bit more relaxed than a standard office. We have our desks set up in the main room. People from Nanded know the 431606 area well. We see the same faces walking their dogs or going to the shops every day. Our work involves a lot of manual entry and keeping track of the local members. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. It is just the staff doing the actual work. Sometimes we sit on the porch during the lunch break just to get some fresh air. The house is old but sturdy. We have decorated the walls with some basic calendars and a clock that ticks a bit too loudly. The paperwork never seems to end, but we take it one page at a time.
