Hotel Sagar Restaurant

Hotel Sagar Restaurant is sitting right on the Main Road in Khuldabad, Aurangabad. If you are heading out toward the TV Tower or going up the road toward Mhaismal, you will pass by us. Khuldabad is a place with a lot of history, so we get a fair amount of people coming through to see the tombs or the caves nearby. We have the restaurant part and some rooms for people who want to stay the night. The kitchen is usually busy with the smell of spices and tea floating around. It’s a local place, nothing like those big chains you see in the cities. The building is a bit older, and we’re always fixing something or other, whether it’s a leaky tap or a squeaky door. Our staff are mostly guys from around here who know the roads well. The weather in Aurangabad can get quite dry, so it’s dusty along the main road. We spend a lot of time wiping down tables and sweeping the front area. People come in for a quick meal or a place to sleep after a long day of sightseeing. We don’t have any fancy slogans. We just open up early, cook the food, and make sure the rooms are tidy for the guests. It’s a simple way to run a business, and we’ve been doing it like this for quite some time now in Khuldabad.
