Durga Traders

Our business, Durga Traders, is situated right on the Parbhani - Nanded Road in the New Mondha area. It is a very busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of dust and the sound of trucks passing by at all hours. We are quite close to the Hanuman Temple, which is a great landmark for us. Often, we hear the bells from the temple in the morning when we are first opening up the shop. New Mondha is a hub for trading, so we fit right in with the other shops around here. It can be a bit chaotic during the peak season when everyone is trying to move their goods at the same time. Our floors are usually covered in whatever we are trading that day, and there is always a bit of a mess to clean up before we go home. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It is just us here, handling the customers and making sure the inventory is correct. Sometimes we sit outside on a bench when things are slow just to watch the traffic go by on the road to Nanded. We have been part of this market for a long time and we know how the system works. It’s a tough job sometimes with the heat and the noise, but we just get on with it at Durga Traders. We stay until the work is finished and everything is locked up.
