Down at Plot No. 25 in Panchseel Nagarnanded, you’ll find us at Dhutraj Organics Private Limited. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The building is a bit plain, but it serves our purposes just fine. Most of the time, the yard is full of things waiting to be moved or sorted. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can get the work done. The 431602 area is where we've stayed because it's convenient for the staff. We usually start quite early before it gets too hot out. Everyone has their own way of doing things here. We don’t have a manual for everything; we just learned as we went along. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them and move on to the next task. The gate squeaks a bit when you open it, and we keep saying we’ll oil it, but we always forget. It’s a real place with real people working hard. We share lunches sometimes and talk about the news or whatever is happening in the neighborhood. It isn't a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy enough to keep the lights on. We don't spend money on fancy signs. People who need to find us usually know where Plot No. 25 is. We just keep doing our bit every day without making a fuss about it. We’re just local people doing our regular jobs.
