If you head out to Village Chitegaon, you will find us at Gut No 26. We are part of the Udyog Mitra Co-Op Industrial Estate, which is a busy place full of different workshops and small factories. Our plot is Number 8. We do a lot of manufacturing work here, mostly focusing on industrial parts and metal components. It is a noisy place because the machines are running most of the day. There is always the sound of metal hitting metal or the hum of the lathes. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. They know the machines inside out. The floor is usually covered in some metal shavings and there is always a bit of oil in the air. We are not too far from the road to Paithan, so there are always trucks passing by. In the afternoons, we usually take a break and sit outside if the sun isn't too harsh. It is hard work and your hands get dirty, but that is just how it is in this line of business. We do not have a fancy office with leather chairs. It is just a desk in the corner of the shed where we keep the ledgers and answer the phone. We just try to get the orders finished on time so the clients in Aurangabad stay happy. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time.
