Our place is out in the MIDC area in Waluj, specifically at B15/4. If you have been to this industrial zone, you know it is a massive place filled with factories and warehouses. We fit right in. It is a large facility, so there is a lot of movement. You have got people coming and going for shifts all the time. We handle precision parts, so the machines here are quite large and take up most of the floor space. It is not a quiet environment; there is always a hum of something running. We have a small office section where the paperwork gets handled, but the real work happens out on the floor. It can get hot in the afternoons, but that is just Waluj for you. We do not have any fancy signs or lobby art. It is a practical building meant for manufacturing. Most of us have been working here for years and we know the machines inside and out. We deal with technical drawings and metal a lot. Lunch is usually a quick break in the canteen. We are not much for long meetings or corporate talk. We just focus on getting the parts made and shipped out to whoever ordered them. The trucks come in at the back and we load them up. It is a routine we have perfected over time. It is a lot of manual coordination to keep everything running smoothly without any major hiccups or delays.
