AR Hitesh Patel & Associate Uma Group

Our office, AR Hitesh Patel & Associate Uma Group, is at Shop No 21 in the Shukla Complex. We are located on Maganpura Road in the Naya Mondha area of Nanded. It is quite a busy commercial part of town, and we are right opposite the Oxford English Medium School. Having the school right there means the mornings and afternoons are always full of life with parents and buses everywhere. The Shukla Complex is a decent spot, and being at Shop 21 makes us easy enough to find once you get inside. We do a lot of associate work and architectural planning, which means there are always maps and blueprints spread out all over our desks. It is a bit of a mess sometimes, but that is just how we work. Nanded is where we are from, so we know the local building styles and what people here are looking for. We don’t have a big corporate setup; it is just a local office where we can talk to people face-to-face. Naya Mondha is a bit of a hub for business, so it feels right to be situated here. We spend our time working through projects and trying to get the details right for everyone who walks through our door. It is steady work and we enjoy being part of the local community here near the school and the market. Usually, we are around from morning until late evening, just getting things done.
