Amazones Fisheries Llp is located in Mukramabad, which is in the Degloor area. We operate out of the property of Shri Waghmare Madhav Shankarrao. It’s a rural setting, which makes sense for the kind of work we do with fisheries. Mukramabad isn't a huge place, so everyone kind of knows where everyone else is. Our daily routine involves checking on the fish and managing the logistics of getting them to market. It's outdoor work for the most part, and we are subject to whatever the weather decides to do that day. If it’s raining, we’re out in it. If it’s hot, we’re out in that too. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning; we just have our site and a small space for keeping records. Dealing with live fish means there are no days off, really. Someone always has to be there to check the water and the stock. The address might seem a bit vague if you're from the city, but around here, saying it’s at Shri Waghmare’s place is enough for anyone to find us. It’s hard work and it can be messy, but it’s the life we chose. We just focus on keeping the fish healthy and making sure the business stays steady for the local community. It is a long day every day but we like being outside.
