Aijaz Arts

We are located right near the Hingoli Gate Chaurasta, very close to the railway bridge in Nanded. You cannot really miss our shop if you are in the area. Our place is usually filled with old paint cans, various brushes, and pieces of wood or metal waiting to be worked on. We do art and sign work. It is a messy shop and we almost always have paint under our fingernails or on our clothes. We have been at this same spot for a very long time. The sound of the trains passing over the bridge is just something we have learned to ignore. We do not have computers doing all the work for us here. Most of what we do is done by hand with a brush or a steady tool. It takes a lot of time to get the lines and the colors just right. We are not a big factory with machines. We are just a few people who know how to draw and paint things. Sometimes we are stuck outside working on a big banner in the heat of the afternoon. It is not easy work, but it is what we have always done. People come to us when they want something that looks like a person actually made it. We do not have a fancy showroom. You just walk into the shop and see what we are currently painting. We have seen Nanded change quite a bit from our corner.
