Circa Group

We are the Circa Group, and you can find us in Maibam Chingmang, which is part of the Nambol area in Bishnupur, Manipur. Our place is really close to the P.S. Nambol, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us if they are passing through. Bishnupur is a very beautiful part of the state, and being here in Maibam Chingmang feels right for us. The office itself is a modest building. We don’t have any big glass walls or fancy decorations. It is mostly just a few rooms where we sit and handle our daily business. The weather around here can be quite something, so we spend a bit of time making sure the roof and the walls stay in good shape. It is a local operation, and most of the people working here grew up not too far from this spot. We know the neighbors and the people running the local shops. Life moves at a different pace in Manipur, and our work tends to reflect that. We don't try to rush through things if they need proper attention. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on again. It is a small group of us here. We handle a bit of everything, from sorting out paperwork to meeting folks who come in from the surrounding villages. It is not a complicated life. We just try to be useful and keep the doors open every day. If you are ever near the Nambol police station, you will probably see us.
