Vivekanand Medical Care Hospital

This hospital is situated right on the main stretch of the Iruchengode to Namakkal and Trichy road. If you are driving through Elaiyampalayam, you can’t really miss us. Because we are on such a major route, we end up seeing a lot of people who are just passing through or folks who live in the small villages nearby. It is a very local kind of place. The building is simple, and we try to keep the hallways clear, though it gets hectic during the afternoon hours. We have been part of this community for a while, so the neighbors know they can just walk in whenever they have a problem. The staff speaks the local language and they are used to the pace of life here. We don't have any of that corporate feel you get in the big city hospitals. It is more about getting people the medicine or the care they need right then. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch to the generator, which is just how things go around here. People come to us for all kinds of reasons, and we do our best to help them out without any fuss. It is a humble place, but it serves a big purpose for the people living along this road. We just keep things moving and make sure there is always someone available to help.
