Vinisha Constructions And Developersprivate Limited is basically just us working out of Palayapalayam. We are tucked away on Madasamy Kovil Street at 239/1. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, except when we have the equipment running. We've been doing this for a while now, handling different types of building work. It started out small and stayed pretty grounded. We don't have a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we meet up in the morning to decide who is going where. Some days we are busy with foundations and other days it is all about the finishing touches. You get used to the noise and the mess that comes with construction. We know the local streets well because we’ve probably worked on half of them at some point. Living and working in the same area means you run into people you know all the time. If there is a problem, we just fix it. We don't really do the whole sales pitch thing. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we’ve already built nearby. It’s a lot of physical labor and long hours, especially when the sun is out. We keep our tools ready and our boots dirty. That is just the way it is when you're building things from the ground up in this part of town. We are usually out by seven in the morning to beat the worst heat of the day.
