Down here in Vaiyappamalai, things move a bit differently than in the big cities. Viman Multiplug Pvt Ltd is located right in the heart of the Namakkal district, and most of us grew up around these parts. We spend our days dealing with electrical components and multiplugs, making sure everything is put together right before it leaves the building. The office is at Kesavan.V’s place, and it’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have time for fancy decorations or polished speeches. Usually, the talk is about production schedules, parts arriving late, or how the heat is affecting the machines. Tiruchengode is a tough area for work, but people here are used to putting in the hours. We get to the site early, often before the sun is fully up, to get a head start. There’s a lot of coordination needed between the different departments, and sometimes things get a bit messy, but we figure it out. It’s a lot of technical stuff mixed with manual labor. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We’re just a local company trying to make a living and keep our workers busy. Sometimes the logistics of being in a smaller town like this can be a headache, especially with transport, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the shortcuts. It’s just regular life for us, keeping the lights on and the business running, hoping the power doesn't cut out during a busy shift.
