Unlight Studio Private Limited

Our little office is located at 3/35 in Theerthampalayam. It is part of the Manappalli Mohanur area in Namakkal. Being in Tamil Nadu, the weather is often quite warm, so we keep the fans running all day at Unlight Studio Private Limited. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of people who know each other well. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We spend our hours working on whatever projects are currently on the table. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. We have the usual desks, chairs, and computers that any small business needs. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage to get things done eventually. We don't really do the whole corporate suit and tie thing. Most days, we are just in casual clothes, focused on our screens. Namakkal is a good place to be, and being in a spot like 637017 keeps us away from the worst of the city noise. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the work. There is always a lot of tea being drunk throughout the afternoon. We take breaks to talk about local news or what we’re having for dinner. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it works for us. We don't have big meetings about goals. We just look at what needs to be finished today and try to stay productive.
