Our place is located right on Salem Road in Tiruchengode, which is usually quite a busy stretch. We’ve been here at 219/74B for some time, handling fabrics and whatever else comes our way in the daily operations. It’s a straightforward setup. You won't find any high-end lobby or receptionists here. Mostly, it’s just the smell of textiles and the sound of people moving things around. Tiruchengode is a town that knows hard work, and we try to fit right into that. The office part is just a small section where we keep the books and handle orders. Most of the time, we are busy checking the quality of what’s coming in and out. If the weather is hot, which it often is in Namakkal, we just keep the fans running and stay focused. We’ve grown used to the noise from the road outside. It’s just part of the background now. People know us as the fabric lot on the main road. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just want to make sure the orders are correct and the fabric is what it’s supposed to be. It’s a simple business run by people who have lived in this area for a long time. We know our regulars, and they know where to find us if there’s a problem. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy from morning until the shutters go down in the evening. There is always something to do with the rolls of cloth.
