Being on the main road means there is always a lot of dust and noise from the buses going past, but once you step inside the dental clinic, it gets a bit quieter. We handle things like toothaches, cleanings, and the occasional filling or extraction. It’s not the most fun place for people to visit—most folks don't really like the dentist—but we try to make it as easy as possible. We see a lot of commuters who stop in because they saw the sign while driving by, along with the local residents. The equipment is kept clean, and we just go through the day one patient at a time. Sometimes the schedule gets backed up if a procedure takes longer than we thought, so you might have to wait a bit in the lobby with an old magazine. We don't use any big words or try to sell people things they don't need. If a tooth is bad, we talk about what to do, and that’s about it. The staff is just a small group of us who have worked together for a long time. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those huge corporate dental chains you see in the big cities. We just focus on the teeth and making sure people can eat without pain. It’s honest work on a busy road. Every now and then we get a new patient from the highway.
