We are based out in the Kosavampalayam area, right on the road that runs from Paramathi to Velur. It’s a more open area than the city centers, which is good because we need the space for the various pieces of machinery we keep. Our yard is usually filled with different types of construction equipment that are coming in or going out to various sites nearby. It is a dusty kind of job, and we spend most of our time in work clothes rather than anything fancy. The office is just a small room at the front of the lot where we keep the logs and the keys. We've been operating in this spot for several years now. Most of the local contractors and builders know to look for us on the Velur road. We don't have a big sales team or a polished showroom. What you see is what you get. We spend a lot of our time making sure the machines are in working order and talking to the drivers who come to pick them up. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains and the yard gets muddy, but we just keep going. It's a lot of phone calls and checking schedules to make sure everything is where it needs to be. We don't do much in the way of advertising; people usually find us because they saw our equipment out on a job site or they live nearby in Kosavampalayam. We just focus on keeping the machines moving and the paperwork sorted out.
